A safe, collaborative space to explore your experiences and find a way forward – at your own pace.
You might be feeling anxious, low, or stuck in unhelpful patterns - appearing to cope on the outside while struggling internally. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
I’m Sandrine, an integrative therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My background spans both NHS Talking Therapies and private practice, where I’ve supported people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.
I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your true self. My approach is collaborative and adapted to your needs - whether you’re seeking relief from immediate challenges or to explore deeper patterns. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and lasting change.
Therapy is available in both English and French.
Drawing on my experience across clinical settings, I support adults through a wide range of challenges, from immediate life stressors to deeper emotional work:
Professional & Life Pressures
For those exhausted by high expectations and the relentless pressure to ‘get it right’- moving from burnout toward a sustainable balance.
Understanding the roots of your anxiety and stress, while developing emotional resilience to help life feel more manageable and balanced.
Providing a steady anchor through significant shifts such as bereavement, loss, career changes, divorce, or the challenges of expatriation.
Moving away from self-criticism to build a foundation of genuine self-trust, resilience, and confidence.
Personal & Relational Growth
Navigating conflict, setting healthy boundaries, and exploring recurring attachment patterns to foster deeper, more meaningful connection.
Providing a safe, carefully paced space to explore difficult past experiences, with attention to safety, choice, and emotional support.
Exploring race, culture, sexuality and identity in a way that honours difference, complexity and lived experience.
Supporting you through periods of low mood or hopelessness, with a safe space to reflect, process, and regain a sense of perspective.
Offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you are heard and valued, helping you build self-awareness and confidence at your own pace.
Explores how past experiences and cultural background shape your feelings and behaviours today, helping you gain insight and make meaningful changes.
Focuses on identifying your natural strengths and developing practical ways to move forward, supporting positive change in the present.
