You might be feeling anxious, low, or stuck in unhelpful patterns - appearing to cope on the outside while struggling internally. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.


I’m Sandrine, an integrative therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My background spans both NHS Talking Therapies and private practice, where I’ve supported people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.


I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your true self. My approach is collaborative and adapted to your needs - whether you’re seeking relief from immediate challenges or to explore deeper patterns. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and lasting change.


Therapy is available in both English and French.

I provide face-to-face therapy from two central, quiet practices, near major transport hubs:

Located at Talking Health, 1 Birkenhead Street (WC1H 8BA), just a 3-minute walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras International stations.

Private counselling room with sofa and chairs for in-person therapy sessions in King’s Cross

Fitzrovia

Located at Talking Health, 17 Gosfield Street (W1W 6HE), close to Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street Tube stations.

Online Therapy

In addition to in-person sessions, I offer online therapy for clients across London and beyond. Sessions are held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, providing a flexible and secure option that fits into your schedule.

Sessions & Fees

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions, usually on a weekly basis to provide consistent support and progress.

Online sessions: £60 per session

Face-to-face sessions: £70 per session

I also have a limited number of low-cost sessions available to improve accessibility - please contact me to discuss availability and eligibility.
